The Ladder of Light

A boy from the hills, where silence lay,
Eyes wide with wonder, yet dreams far away.
Bound by the soil and the sky’s vast dome,
He longed to roam, to find a new home.

Books were his lanterns in the dark,
Each page a spark, each word a mark.
Through ink and paper, he learned to see,
A world unknown, now calling to be.

He heard the whispers of the winds and trees,
But it was through books he unlocked the seas.
With every line, with every rhyme,
He shaped his soul, transcending time.

Yet the door remained, too distant, too locked,
The world outside, a mystery to be unlocked.
Then came the key, in wires and light,
A screen in his hand, a star in the night.

Code as his bridge, the screen as his guide,
He reached beyond hills, with knowledge as his stride.
The world expanded with each step, each click,
Boundaries erased with each line, each tick.

Through books, through codes, through dreams and through time,
He found each rhythm, each echo, each rhyme.
A boy once lost, now fearless, now free,
The world unfurls, as vast as the sea.

A boy who once wondered where paths would lead,
Now shapes his own journey, his destiny freed.
The world no longer a mystery to explore,
For he holds the key, and opens the door.
